Due to an increase in workload, our client is looking for experienced Civils Ganger to work on a permanent basis.

* £45,000 Per Year (Depending On Experience

* Company Van + Fuel Card + Weekend Work Paid + Yearly Bonus

* 07.30 - 16.30 - Hours may slightly differ depending on project

* Future training & Plant Tickets & Development

The sites you will be working on will mainly be in the Greater Manchester area with the odd one around Cheshire or Merseyside. You will be working within a 3 man gang carrying out the below duties:

Duties:

* Head Ganger, supervise your team and lead by example at all times

* Ensure Health, Safety and Quality standards are complied with

* Client interaction

* Responsibility for ordering plant, tools and maintaining

* Timesheets, work sheets other associated paper work

* Hands on with site duties and getting involved

* Breaking out old Concrete

* Cutting and installing steel

* Pouring and screeding concrete

* Drainage works

* Other associated duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of sites

* Load and unload materials and equipment

* Operate plant, hand power tools as needed

* Adhering to Health & Safety

About you:

* Right to Work in the UK

* SSSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card or Certificate

* CPCS or NPORS

* Good communicator and good client facing skills

* Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks

* Ability to lead and motivate your gang

* Previous experience carrying out the above duties

* Enthusiastic and MUST be able to use initiative when unsupervised

* Working references from a similar job
