Family Solicitor / Legal Executive - Hertfordshire

An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor / Legal Executive in a Family Law departmentwith 2+ years PQE in a well-established law firm. our client provides comprehensive legal services for both individuals and businesses.

This role may require travel to other offices.

Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload in family law, including pre-nuptial agreements, children matter, and divorce proceedings.
Oversee Family Law Act applications, divorce, and financial settlements.
Manage your own caseload.
Contribute to team development and business growth.
Engage in business development activities.

Requirements:

Background with Family Law Act and TOLATA.
Strong social media skills for marketing purposes.
Skilled in Word, Excel, Teams, database management, and legal software, ideally Liberate.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Resolution accreditation in Children and / or Financial Remedies would be preferred.
