Job Posting: Exams Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Exams Officer to join our dynamic educational institution in Middleton. If you are an organized, detail-oriented professional with SIMS training, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth running of internal and external examinations throughout the academic year
Coordinate exam timetables
Prepare exam papers
Accurately record exam results
Liaise with staff, students, and examination boards
Maintain the integrity and security of the examination process

Requirements:

Proficiency in using SIMS (School Information Management System)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Enhanced DBS Disclosure
Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)
Professional references checks
CV with 10 years of employment/education history, including explanations for any employment breaks
Legal right to work in the UK
