Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
 
Are you a psychology graduate who has a passion for the education of special needs pupils and would like to make a positive difference to the life of a pupil with complex learning needs?
 
Could you use your skills and knowledge to support this pupil to reach their maximum potential?
 
*** Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant
*** Wolverhampton
*** £80-£90 per day
*** September 2024- July 2025
*** Supporting a child with complex learning needs on a 1:1 basis, across the syllabus.
 
Requirements:

At least a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Dedication to the education and development of SEN pupils.
Some understanding of complex learning needs.
An empathetic and patient personality.
Natural ability to build strong bonds with young children.
Previous experience of working alongside young pupils is advantageous, but not essential. 
The Role

Assisting teaching staff in day-to-day tasks.
Helping to plan and deliver lessons.
Providing constructive feedback.
Addressing questions surrounding lesson content.
Providing 1-2-1 and small group support to strengthen understanding.
Assisting in extracurricular activities.
