The School and Role

Vision for Education are working with a warm and vibrant Catholic primary school in Sefton, who are looking for a dedicated Classroom Support Assistant to join their team. This full-time role will begin in September 2024, and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in KS1 as a Classroom Assistant who will be supporting small groups of children with interventions. The school has a single-form entry and a reputation for excellence, having been rated Outstanding in their latest Ofsted inspection. With a strong commitment to fostering high aspirations and improving outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs, the school aims to equip students with the skills and confidence to succeed both academically and in their future lives.

This position has strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate, making it an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about primary education and eager to contribute to a supportive, community-focused environment.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking a Classroom Assistant who:

Has experience working with primary-aged children.
Demonstrates a passion for fostering the progress and development of young learners.
Is a team player with strong communication skills.

Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
