The successful candidate will have a background in construction, with experience in managing MEP projects and proficiency in Civil 3D for design and modelling of MEP systems.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems on construction projects, ensuring they meet project requirements and are completed to a high standard

* Review and interpret design drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements

* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure MEP systems meet project requirements and are installed correctly

* Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are met and report any issues or delays to the project team

* Conduct quality control checks on MEP installations to ensure they meet company standards

* Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time

* Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Plumbing Engineering

* Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry, with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects

* Proficiency in Civil 3D for design and modelling of MEP systems

* Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces (due to the nature of the work)

Desirable Skills:

* Knowledge of building regulations and standards (e.g. ASME, NEC, ASPE)

* Experience with construction management software (e.g. Procore, PlanGrid)

* LEED AP or other sustainability certifications
