Process Operator

My Telford based client is currently recruiting for a Process Operator. As the Process Operator you will be required to work a set shift pattern that will involve Days and Nights and will include weekends.

Salary up to £31,605 depending on experience

Pension – Auto-enrolment

After a year’s continuous service an opportunity to gain extra holiday

Health cash plan after a year’s service

Responsibilities:-

* Ensure products meet the standard for quality

* Run the plant to standard operating procedures

* Maintain records on and hourly/daily basis

* Ensure safe working practices

* Support training of process staff

* Any other duties/projects that are reasonable and within the skills and ability of the post holder.

Skills and experience:-

* Observant and very good attention to detail

* Escalate when if problems occur

* Challenge to ensure success is achieved

* Good communication skills to interact with fellow team members

* Team worker

* Excellent attendance and punctuality

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
