Role and Responsibilities:

Teach Psychology to Year 12 and Year 13 students.
Develop engaging lesson plans, incorporating innovative teaching methods.
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage growth.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE/GTP or Cert Ed).
Minimum of 1 year teaching experience within the past 2 years (including training experience).
Strong organisational skills and adaptability.
Positive approach to promoting learning.
