Role Purpose
We are currently recruiting for an FET Electrician to join us on a permanent and full time basis.
This role will involve working as a team of electricians working on a number of industrial and water industry programmed of work. You will be working with on strategic partner's sites across the South East of England.
The Role
This is a permanent job role.
A company van and fuel card will be provided for this role.
Contracted to 40hrs per week (on site hours) Monday to Friday. Paid hourly, with overtime paid.
You will be paid for all travel time door to door.
* You will be carrying out testing and inspection of electrical installations and producing detailed reports including any rectification works required.
* You will also be carrying out a wide range of rectification works as required including certification.
* You should have a good understanding and sound knowledge of the requirements of BS 7671.
* You will be contracted to 40hrs per week on site hours Monday to Friday. Paid hourly, with overtime and travel paid door to door.
* You will also be provided with all the tools, testing equipment and PPE required to carry out this role as well as a Tablet / Laptop and phone,
Requirements
Required
* ECS Gold Card (essential)
* City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/5 (essential)
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical installation (essential)
* Full UK driving license.
Desirable
* Experience within water / industrial / commercial industries
* City & Guilds 2377
* PASMA / IPAF
* EUSR Card
* Thames Water Passport
* Emergency first aid or first aider.
* Fitness to work medical.
