The NVQ 2 Nursery Practitioner Role: Seeking a NVQ 2 Nursery Practitioner to join the nursery team.

Provide high-quality care and education to EYFS children.
Complete and monitor paperwork effectively, including observations, planning, and learning journeys in line with the EYFS.
Foster positive parent/family partnerships through clear communication and effective handovers.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless information sharing and maintain confidentiality.
Safeguard children and respond to their well-being, following appropriate procedures.
Be flexible in working across different rooms and settings to support the nursery's operations.
Maintain high standards of room presentation and adhere to the EYFS areas of learning.
Embrace equality of opportunity and support children with additional needs, working with outside agencies as needed.

NVQ Level 2 in Childcare or higher
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and high standards of practice
Full clean driving licence (preferred)
