Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading organisation in Southend on Sea, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their dynamic Maintenance team As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's assets.

👩‍💻 Responsibilities:

Perform routine weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance on company assets.
Accurately record all completed maintenance on our client's database.
Understand and follow appropriate risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Take charge of stock checking and maintaining consumables/stock parts.
Attend training courses to enhance skills and knowledge.
Ensure contractors adhere to local health and safety requirements.
Work in line with our client's standards and policies, including environmental and health and safety policies.
Take on additional tasks as required.

🤝 Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
Excellent technical and practical knowledge of maintenance processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.
