Class 1 Driver - Cargo Operative / Level D

SRS Recuritment are recruiting a Class 1 Driver to work for our client in and around the Heathrow area.

As a Class 1 Driver, you will need to have:

* Minimum 24 months HGV driving (Cat C+E) recent experience.

* Basic DBS

* Cargo Operative/Level D qualification and a copy of certificate and training report.

* Have a valid CPC and digi tacho

* No more than 6 points (No DR or IN)

* Must have the correct PPE - HI Vis and Safety Boots

Class 1 Driver Details:

* Salary Ranges from £20ph - Days - £23ph weekends

* Nights out shifts are involved. (sleeping In lorry after shift)

* Working hours: Various shifts (Days or Nights) across seven days a week – Minimum 10 hours paid.

* Location: Heathrow

* Duration: Ongoing work

Role of a Class 1 Driver

* Complete trunking runs a shift; trailer swapping will be involved

* Complete airport shifts waiting on airport for shipments to deliver to warehouses around Heathrow airport.

* Complete vehicle checks

* Being flexible and able to complete runs safely
