A full time, permanent Insolvency Administrator for a company in Stockport is needed ASAP.

It’s an exciting opportunity with lots of variety & a chance to learn about what “liquidation” & “bankruptcy” really means.

Join a small team in a friendly office with opportunity to grow with them. The atmosphere in the office is relaxed, no formal dress required & free parking on site.

As a small business, with 6 employees, they are a close knit team, who all get involved in many aspects of the day to day work of the office.

For you, that means that the role is varied & you’ll be an important part of their team right from the start.

The role will involve a mixture of business administration & financial tasks:

• Preparing documents from templates both before a formal insolvency & during the process

• Sending circulars to creditors

• Recording financial transactions in the database

• Reviewing bank statements for significant transactions

• Supporting more senior members of the team in a variety of tasks to ensure that cases are managed to a high standard & completed in a timely manner

• Speaking with & emailing directors to gather information

Additional info:-

• No previous experience needed but working in an office environment either in an administrative or junior accountancy role would be advantageous

Working hours

The role is 35 hours per week based in Stockport.

Initially office based to allow for

training, but could then become a hybrid role with 2 to 3 days worked from home. Flexible working hours may also then become available
