Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced EYFS Teacher to join the outstanding team in September 2024. This full-time position requires a practitioner with a thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and a passion for early years education. The ideal candidate will have the skills to inspire and nurture our youngest learners, setting the foundation for their future success.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons in line with the EYFS framework.

Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.

Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, tailoring learning activities to meet the needs of each child.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, particularly within the EYFS team, to share best practices and develop innovative teaching strategies.

Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider school community to support each child's development.

Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your practice and contribute to the school's outstanding status.

Support the inclusive ethos of the school, including collaboration with the ASD base staff to ensure all children’s needs are met.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with significant experience in EYFS.

Outstanding knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and best practices in early years education.

Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative and supportive school environment.
