The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Quantity Surveying, with a minimum of five years' experience within the construction industry, preferably with a consultancy background. A BSc in Quantity Surveying or a related field is essential, as is membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Your analytical prowess, coupled with a keen eye for detail, will be crucial in delivering cost-effective solutions.
