Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

* Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, including subcontractors and suppliers.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and site records.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is carried out to the highest standards.

* Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or construction issues.

* Monitor and manage site logistics, materials, and resources efficiently.

* Lead and motivate the site team, fostering a positive and productive working environment.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in traditional build residential construction.

* Extensive knowledge of volume building practices and techniques.

* Strong understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

* CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid at Work certification.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing site activities.
