We are working with an exciting financial services business based in Northwich to recruit a Financial Services Administrator.

Description

As Financial Services Administrator you will be part of the intermediaries team providing administrative support internal and external stakeholders:

Payment processing activity and ongoing fee processing and monitoring relating to new and existing clients within agreed SLAs
Working closely with clients for various aspects of client withdrawal process and verifying source of funds for incoming payments
Processing and matching of payments in, initial fee processing and administration fees
Processing payments out and validating instructions to ensure all applicable documentation is received and meets the correct requirements
Accurate and timely processing of internal transfers and switches
Processing of ongoing fee postings
Setting up direct debit instructions for new clients
Updating workflow tasks and processes with the correct case details and progress on relevant systems
Setting up of new fee scales with associated ongoing monitoring and oversight
Processing disinvestment activity for bulk processes
Regular checking, monitoring and verification of dataProfile

As Financial Services Administrator, you must have:

Experience ideally in a financial services administration role but if you have strong administration experience and looking to break into financial services, this will also be considered
Wealth management background would be preferable but not essential
High level of attention to detail
Confident manner with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
Strong team player with ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
