In this dynamic position, you'll assist the Head Chef in orchestrating the culinary delights for an array of banqueting events at a distinguished country house. As a Sous Chef, you will not only produce food that meets the high standards expected by our clientele but also step up in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring seamless kitchen operations.

The role demands a passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to maintaining high health and hygiene standards. Ideal candidates will have experience in similar upscale or fine dining environments, showcasing their ability to manage and train team members effectively.
