About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, offering a salary of £85-£100 per day. This role involves working closely with students to help them catch up with the curriculum, and providing targeted support in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

The position is available due to the expansion of our support team to better address individual learning needs, focusing on assisting small groups and individual students who require additional help to achieve their academic goals.

Application Requirements:

• Relevant experience working with Key Stage 2 students, preferably in a teaching assistant capacity.

• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and strategies for academic support.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students and staff.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing targeted support to students who need help catching up with the curriculum.

• Assisting in the planning and delivery of intervention programs and booster sessions.

• Working closely with teachers to monitor and assess student progress.

• Supporting the creation of an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
