About the School:

This is an Independent SEMH Specialist Facility, loctaed in Lincoln, offering an alternative curriculum to young individuals with a range of SEMH special educational needs.
The majority of children possess an EHCP and may be diagnosed with conditions such as ADHD or ASD. A
Additionally, we admit a small number of students from the local authority inclusion service who have faced or are at risk of permanent exclusion from mainstream settings.About you:

You should be able to provide, monitor, and evaluate the use of resources related to KS3 work.
You will be capable of supporting progress through educational experiences that facilitate effective planning, teaching, learning, and assessment.
You are able to teach a variety of subjects and skills to KS3 students to ensure a comprehensive curriculum that prepares them well for their next stage of education.Pupils in the school's program exhibit diverse needs, including communication and behavioural difficulties. Each individual is unique, and their tailored learning programs are designed to support and empower them to achieve their aspirations and goals. The school's aim is to foster skills that enable them to become more independent members of their community and progress into sustained employment.
