Position:  Public Areas Cleaner

Location: Countryside Hotel near Towcester
Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
Shifts: Dependent on business requirements, including but not limited to:

06:00am to 2.30pm
12:30 pm to 9:00 pm
1:30 pm to 10:00 pm
2:30 pm to 11:00 pm
3:30 pm to midnight
Weekend Work: Regularly required
Employment Type: 13-Week Temporary with the potential for Permanent Placement
Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Late-Shift Public Areas Cleaner. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of our countryside hotel during the late hours.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of public areas, including but not limited to lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other designated spaces.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard of quality.
Adhere to established cleaning procedures and guidelines.
Operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate cleaning agents safely.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve cleanliness goals.
Flexibility to work varying shifts based on business needs, including weekends.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a cleaning role is beneficial but not required.
Ability to work independently and efficiently during late-shift hours.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility to adapt to changing shift schedules based on business requirements.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Availability for weekend work as an integral part of the regular schedule.
