Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Process sales orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Produce commercial documents with commodity codes applicable to our specific products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Respond to customer requirements promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.Requirements:

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to efficiently handle administrative tasks.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous.Our client offers:
