My client is an esteemed acoustic consultancy specialising in sustainable architecture is seeking an Acoustic Consultant. The consultancy is renowned for managing projects in the education, residential, commercial, and leisure sectors. Their services include comprehensive offerings such as modelling, design, assessments, testing, and the development of ventilation and facade optimisation products.

Requirements:

BSc and/or MSc in acoustics or a related discipline
Member of the Institute of Acoustics (IOA)
Possession of a valid UK driver's licence
Proficiency in various software packages, including ODEON, INSUL, Soundplan, and CaDnaA
Robust technical background in architectural and environmental acousticsResponsibilities/Duties:

Engage with clients to thoroughly understand project requirements
On-site work when necessary and providing support to junior/graduate level staff
Prepare and finalise technical reports as per project needs
Utilise project management skills to ensure a smooth process throughout the deliverables' life cycleBenefits:
