Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Plan and execute engaging and creative organic content tailored to each platform.
Design and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring effective targeting, budget management, and ROI.
Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure brand consistency and the achievement of business goals.
Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Manage and grow our social media presence, increasing brand awareness and engagement.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. (1+ years)
Agency experience desirable
In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Meta & LinkedIn Ads experience
Experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Proficient in social media analytics and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.What We Offer:
