Job Title: Credit Controller
Salary: £27,000
Location: Near Baldock  
Contract: Permanent, Full Time  
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
 
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller with excellent attention to detail and strong Excel skills to join our clients expanding team.
 
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
·Previous experience in a Credit Control role.
·Strong Excel skills
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

RESPONSIBILITIES
·Chase outstanding payments and follow collection procedures.
·Ensure payments are made within the agree timescales.
·Maintaining good customer relationships.
·Ensure sales orders fall within the customers agreed credit limit.
·Ensure accuracy of invoices and credits posted on the account and verify accuracy of balances.
·Resolve any customer queries and ensure accounts are kept up to date.
·Follow up on collection of outstanding accounts and monitor debtor balances.
·Set up new credit applications and maintain records.
