CNC sliding head setter/operator

Established machining company are looking for a Sliding CNC Setter to join their expanding team in Redditch.

Previous Sliding CNC setting experience is essential to fulfil the position of Sliding CNC Setter. Within this role you will be offered free car parking and competitive pay rates. Offered on a temporary to permanent basis the position of Sliding CNC Setter is available with immediate start.

Duties and responsibilities of Sliding CNC Setter –

* Sliding CNC Setting and occasional operating

* 3 x Tornos Deco (Tornos control) will be trained if required

* 1 x Tornos Delta Fanuc control

* 3 x Hanwha machine (20, 26 & 38) all Fanuc controls

* 1 x Star Fanuc control

Skills and attributes required by successful candidate for the role of Sliding CNC Setter –

* Previous experience of setting and operating sliding heads

* Attention to detail

* Working as part of a team and individually

* Previous experience of Fanuc controls and able to read programs to edit if necessary

Location: Redditch

Hours of work: 2pm-10pm (Monday-Thursday) 12pm-8pm (Friday's)

Pay rate: £13-£16 per hour
