About the Role:

As a Learning & Development Advisor, you'll play a key role in coordinating and delivering our training initiatives. You'll be the first point of contact for our colleagues, ensuring seamless training events, managing our apprenticeship scheme, and supporting a variety of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Training/Event Coordination: Ensure our training courses and events run smoothly, from logistics to welcoming colleagues and visitors.

Apprenticeship Scheme: Own and manage the apprentice experience, providing support and ensuring a smooth transition to permanent roles.

Project Support: Contribute to wider L&D projects such as Mentoring, Coaching, Onboarding, Diversity, Wellbeing, and Cultural Change.

Learning Management System: Support the implementation and ongoing management of our LMS, including content updates and reporting.
