Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Stevenage

The Role: The Senior Infrastructure Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology within the company. You will help drive the maturity of the IT environment and lead key projects, including:

* Review and Improvement of Infrastructure Architecture

* Zscaler Implementation and Other Key Technology Integrations

* New Site Fit-outs and Expansion

* Azure Optimisation

Key Responsibilities:

* Developing and managing Hybrid Cloud and On-premise Infrastructure Environments

* Implementing and Optimising Azure Solutions

* Managing and configuring Azure Protocols to Support Cloud Services

* Optimising Office 365 and Active Directory Services for Secure, Efficient, and Reliable Network Resources and User Identity Management

* Maintaining and Overseeing the Lifecycle Management of Compute Platforms and Services

* Creating and Maintaining High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and Other Related Support Documentation

* Developing Disaster Recovery (DR) Plans

* Collaborating with Vendors and Overseeing the Lifecycle Management of Compute Platforms

* Managing Windows and Linux Servers

* Handling Network Infrastructure and Protocols (e.g., SMTP, NTP, DNS)
