Reports to: Electrical Co-Ordinator (Direct) / Engineering Manager (Functional)
Team Size: To be confirmed
Working Hours: Day Shift
Monday to Thursday: 08:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday: 08:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed records of all work performed, including service logs and budget tracking.Maintenance and Servicing:
Perform and coordinate maintenance tasks on service equipment and manage contractor involvement for breakdowns.
Utilise the SAP system for ordering spare parts.
Conduct both planned and reactive electrical maintenance, including fault diagnosis and repair of installations and systems.
Plan and execute maintenance days and pit-stops.
Implement program upgrades and adjustments to machine programs and line controls.Compliance and Safety:
Ensure all contractors have completed RAMS, inductions, and issued necessary PTW documents.
Keep all equipment calibrations current and scheduled to maintain compliance.Collaboration and Development:
Work with Engineering Coordinators to develop SOPs and risk assessments for service equipment.
Foster strong communication and collaboration with the Engineering, Height Change/CI, and Production teams.Software Utilisation:
Apply engineering software (e.g., TIA, Step 7) to perform job tasks effectively.Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Time-served apprentice level or equivalent in engineering, with a strong preference for HND/HNC qualifications.
Essential: Electrical qualification and PLC programming expertise.
Language: Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and familiarity with Apriso and maintenance systems is a plus.Attributes:

Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
