Head of Market Access

* Cross-portfolio role focusing on leadership of Market Access and HTA strategy for the UK and Ireland markets.

* Line management of a small team (2 people)

This is a new position within a medium sized global pharma company which has a diverse portfolio of in-market products and a strong pipeline in both early and late stage development.

The incoming Head of Market Access will be responsible for developing and leading HTA, market access and pricing strategies for the company's products within the UK and Ireland, working closely with global colleagues.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced market access manager to step up into a leadership role within an established and stable company which has a strong pipeline. Line management experience is not essential but would be advantageous. Most important is a detailed understanding of UK HTA process and proven market access strategy skills. Experience of working within a Pharmaceutical or Biotech company is preferred, however, candidates with good experience from the consulting sector are also welcomed to apply.

This position is available now and the company is eager to begin interviews ASAP. Applicants must be willing to spend 3 days per week in the company's London office and also be able to work in the UK without restriction.
