Foreman

We are currently on the look for a non working foreman lookimg after a groundworks / externals package on a large infrastructure project.

Foreman Job Description:

Main duties include accountability for the following:

* Reviewing enquiry documentation to fully determine and understand the conditions set out

* Carrying on Method Statement / Risk Assessment briefings

* Getting the men to work Safely

* Day work sheets

Groundwork Foreman Qualifications:

* An industry applicable qualification

* CSCS

* SMSTS or SSSTS

* 1st Aider

Groundwork Foreman Skills/Experience:

* An excellent communicator

* Able to work as part of a team yet willing to work independently

* A proven track record on varius groundwork / external packages.

* Man Management Skills

* Safe Way Of Working

* The ability to drive the workforce in a safe manner on a very busy Project
