CNC Machinist

My client, a leading engineering company based close to High Wycombe are looking to recruit a CNC Machinist on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be working on a day shift covering 40 hours per week.

My client is looking for either a CNC Miller or CNC Turner to work on their state if the art CNC Machinery and are willing to train on their specific machines / controls.

CNC Turner:

* Working on CNC Mazak Integrex Lathes, using Matrix & Smooth controls.

* Will consider setter/operators or setter/programmers.

* 1st off and in-process inspection ensuring quality of parts is of required standard.

* Mazak experience not necessary as full training will be given for an experienced CNC Turner willing develop skills / knowledge.

CNC Miller:

* Working on 5 axis CNC milling machines (Mazak).

* Will consider setter/operators or programmers.

* SolidCam experience desirable (if a programmer).

* 1st off and in-process inspection ensuring quality of parts is of required standard.

Experience:

* Experienced CNC Turner or CNC Miller.

* Have a minimum of 2-3 years as a CNC Machinist.

* Problem solver.

* Self-motivated.

* Ability to work unsupervised.

Hours of work are 07.30 - 16.30 Monday to Thursday with a 13.30 finish on Fridays covering 40 hours a week. In addition, overtime will be available.
