A forward thinking, modern secondary school in the heart of Southwark is on the hunt for ambitious STEM ECT's to join from September 2024.

Following expansion, the school are looking for 3 ECTs to join their mentorship programme, developing your abilities and leadership skills throughout ECT1 and ECT2. The school have a bespoke programme for taking in ECTs and mentoring them into leadership posts that at tailored to your ideal progression routes.

Once in the school, you will be paired 1:1 with a subject specialist who will provide elite support to ensure once you finish ECT2 you will be able to progress up the ranks.

This role is ideal for someone who aspires for a headship, a research post, or a pastoral responsibility as the bespoke programme will equip you with all the skills to take on a career filled with growth.

Person Specification: STEM ECT's

Must have QTS or currently on a PGCE/SCITT/PGDE
Hold a degree at 1st Class or 2:1 Level - From a reputable university
Enthusiastic, confident, and patient
Driven to progress through the school
Looking to join a supportive team
