Position: KS2 Teacher
Location: Southampton
Salary Type: £150 - £200 Per Day
Start Date: Immediately

Requirements:

Teaching Certification (QTS/PGCE) is a must.
Solid understanding of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies.
Demonstrate patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education.
Proficient in developing engaging and inclusive lesson plans.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to diverse learning styles.
Cultivate a warm and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Implement effective classroom management strategies to enrich the learning experience.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being.

Key Skills:

Proficient in classroom management techniques as a KS2 Teacher.
Ability to implement differentiated instruction methods.
Clear and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
Skilled in integrating technology to enhance learning experiences.
Establishing a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Utilising various assessment and evaluation strategies.
