Our well established client are looking for a methodical and organised client co-ordinator to join their team in Swindon.
Duties:
Provide a point of contact for all queries pertinent to your role from the team
Provide technical support to the team
Use initiative to locate answers and helps others use their initiative to locate answers
Communicate with practice & office manager regarding any potential issues
Meeting Preparation
Business Submissions
Suitability letters
Deal with all complex cases
Manage and resolve technical queries
Liaise with clients to provide help and information on technical issues queries raised
Liaise with tax and trusts, pensions marketing and asset management regarding contentious issues and solution solving by removing work from our Advisers/Paralegals.
Keep up with all industry and internal changes that will affect your role
Show willingness to expand and increase knowledge of all areas of financial services – specifically pensions, investments and tax and trusts
Updating all client confidential information to all relevant platforms.
Supporting new members of the team.
Personally managing Salesforce workflow
Effective work control management
Ideal candidate:
The ability to balance conflicting demands in a calm and friendly manner
Ability to work autonomously, remotely and within a team
Precise attention to detail
Comfortable with electronic data systems
Experience in maintaining systems, processes and procedures
Experience of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
Complete all PSS modules
Be willing to take and pass SJP Pensions Certificate and Diploma
Be willing to take and pass SJP Savings and Investments Certificate and Diploma
Attend forums, webinars and workshops as appropriate
