We are currently recruiting for a fantastic organisation to support in Blairgowrie. We are looking for support practitioners to work within housing support services. The role of a support practitioner will involve working directly with adults supporting them with all aspects of their life including developing life skills such as communication, social skills, and encouraging independence as well as taking the clients out on exciting visits and to events.

40 hours per week with excellent shift times with long days and sleepovers Your Main Duties will be:

Working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people

Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout the activities, giving positive feedback and encouragementWhat you will bring to the role - to excel in this role you will need to evidence:

Experience with complex care, learning disabilities and mental health
Driver with access to your own car
Medication training
Good team-working skills and a positive attitude are essential qualities
Ability to communicate effectively and use your own initiative
Strong work ethic and organised to support routines
Able to prioritize and manage workloads
Eager to develop
A genuine passion for caring for others
