You will be responsible for carrying out mobile paint repairs on vehicles at dealership locations and customer living locations.
The Job 📌
* Monday – Friday
* 08:00 – 17:30 (finish time may vary)
* £32,000 + Commission OTE £50,000 uncapped commission
* Company van, phone, tablet and equipment provided
* Start from home, travelling to: Reading, Newbury, Basingstoke, Maidenhead, Slough
Duties 📑
A successful smart repair technician will be responsible for carrying out mobile smart repairs. Setting up and using a spray gun, mixing paint, matching colours, using filler, primer and lacquer, acknowledging safety regulations and assessing the job is able to be carried out.
Repairs on vehicles will include:
* Minor scuffs and scratches
* Paint blemishes
* Stone chips
* Wings / doors sprayed
* Small dents
* SMART repairs on alloy wheels
Experience 🥼
* Minimum of 3 years experience within a paint spraying environment
* Preferably automotive / motor trade background but not essential
* Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in painting
Requirements 📂
* Valid full UK driving licence
* Knowledge of filler
* Able to paint a minimum of 2 vertical panels and blend
* Right to work in the UK
* Strong customer service
* Good timekeeper
* Basic maths and English required
* Been in previous customer facing roles.
* Great attention to detail
