Geospatial surveyor

Our client, a multi-disciplinary Consultancy, is looking for an experienced Surveyor to assist in and around their projects in the Midlands area. They operate across many sectors but more notably on Framework contracts for water, MOD projects nationally, Homes for England and nuclear projects. You will be expected to use Leica Total Stations and Laser Scanners completing topographical and utility surveys and potentially do overseas projects if this was of interest. 
You will be expected to download your own data into Autocad and preferably have experience of Leica Infinity. Data processing and interpretation of the data captured is important.

Benefits: On top of your basic salary, you will be paid £3,500 per year as a Salary Sacrifice and thus not pay tax on this. Overtime is also paid on any hours done in excess of 37.5hrs per week but you could consider a Company van. 

As the business is a large multi-disciplinary consultancy, the client attempts to keep surveyors local however flexibility must be shown occasionally for delivery on projects. 

The role is progressive and as they are a large consultancy, there is room for promotion with this Consultancy and you will get the opportunity to work on their large and established client based projects
