About Us: We are an outstanding primary school located in the beautiful town of Windsor, dedicated to providing an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all our students. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview: As a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for supporting and teaching students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and to work within a supportive and highly regarded school.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of SEND students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
Collaborate with other staff members, including teaching assistants and specialists, to support student learning.
Monitor and report on student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.Requirements:
Qualified Primary Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Passion for working with SEND students.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.What We Offer:
Competitive daily rate of £170 - £240.
