Contracts Manager

Plymouth.

Resourcing Group is working with a landscape and grounds maintenance contractor who work with private and commercial clients providing a landscaping and grounds maintenance service across Devon and Cornwall. They would like to appoint a Contracts Manager to head up a new team.

The role is available due to expansion within the company. They specialise in Grounds Maintenance, Hard / Soft Landscaping.

You will be responsible for overseeing the grounds maintenance side of the business reporting into the Managing Director.
You will also be responsible for building new maintenance business as well as looking after established clients.
The role will not only be to manage live projects but also site teams and sub contractors
working with clients, planning their projects including estimating, drawing and maintaining the relationships with them.
visiting sites, meeting with architects, project managers and site managers.
ensure all health and safety requirements are met and adhered to on and off site.You will have proven knowledge and experience in managing the maintenance contracts.

With a proven ability with developing budgets from projects, managing costs, and working to budgets.

Qualifications (ideally)

Higher National Diploma or degree - landscaping discipline
SMSTS SSSTS
CSCSEssential

Valid full UK driving licenceBenefits

Crew Van or Van.
