HR Administrator - 4-5 Months Temporary Ongoing (Standard DBS Required)

Have you got previous HR experience, looking to work for a well-established company with an immediate start?
This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a company based in Newark the chance to extend. This role is 37.5 hours per week (5 days Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) and is paying an hourly rate of £12.15 per hour (DOE). It is fully office based with free parking onsite.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

Processing starters and leavers

Be the key person in the Department for co-ordinating all administration and data collection surrounding HR processes.

Ensuring compliance with all HR Policies & Procedures and Liaising with all disciplines, especially Operational HR and Head Office staff, on a regular basis on the delivery of HR practices and process

Undertaking all recruitment administrative tasks such as screen adverts and referencing

Organising meetings and minute taking

Drafting HR correspondence and maintaining records, letters/document templates on the HR system

Reviewing HR reports

General administrative duties including answering the phone and greeting visitors
Candidate requirements:

Must have a Standard DBS

Previous HR Administrative experience

Good knowledge of MS Systems

Available to begin work immediately
To be successful for this position, you must have previous HR experience, with excellent organisation and communication skills. You must also have a standard DBS check.
