Location – Loughborough
Salary – Circa £20p/h
Title – CNC Turner
Length – 3-month contract
Shift – Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-1pm
Status – Inside IR35

About

Actio Engineering Recruitment are delighted to be assisting our Loughborough based client with their search for a CNC Turner.

Our client is a forward-thinking business and a subcontract manufacturer who produce components for a variety of different industries.

The Role

• To set up, program and operate CNC Lathes with Fanuc and XYZ Prototrak controls
• Assist in developing new methods, routes and production standards.
• Ensure machines are running smoothly and efficiently
• Use of gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
• Maintain a clean, neat and tidy work area

About You

• Experience with Fanuc and XYZ Prototrak controlled Lathes
• Ability to read / interpret engineering drawings
• Previous Experience of working within a Subcontract environment
• Experience working to tight tolerances
