We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Bias ICP Project Manager to oversee our projects involving electro charging points and 11kV substations.
Position Overview: As the Electrical Bias ICP Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects involving the installation of electro charging points and 11kV substations. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical infrastructure and project management, combined with a strong ability to lead and coordinate with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
* Electrical Engineering Expertise: Apply electrical engineering principles to design, plan, and oversee the installation of electro charging points and 11kV substations.Electrical Bias ICP Project Manager
* Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
* Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
* Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
* Quality Assurance: Implement quality control procedures to ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards.
* Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and control costs to maximize profitability.
Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on electrical infrastructure projects, preferably within the ICP (Independent Connection Provider) sector.
* Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in the design and implementation of electro charging points and 11kV substations.
* Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards successful project delivery.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
* Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and electrical design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
