I am currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join a Tier 1 contractor on an exciting RC frame development.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage other construction managers and supervisors as assigned
Ordering of plant
Health and Safety management
Coordinate with contractors and construction workers to ensure that the construction tasks are completed on time
Ensure that correct and safe construction practices are being used during construction.
Plan work and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment
Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress.
Chair regular meetings with clients and contractors
Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.Requirements
SMSTS, CSCS & Health and Safety
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager
