This position as a Property Sales Manager comes with a basic salary of £35,000 and an on-target earning potential of around £55,000. The role promises more than just financial rewards; it provides the platform to make a significant impact within a growing company. You will be working a 5 day week including every other Saturday 9am – 4pm, Monday to Thursday 9am – 6pm and Friday 9am – 5.30pm.

As a Property Sales Manager your responsibilities will include

* Running the sales operation

* Developing sales stratergies & market analysis

* Conducting property valuations

* Marketing the busienss and properties

* Viewings and negotiation

* Bringing new properties to market, and managing instructions.

The role demands a proactive approach to identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, ensuring the company’s portfolio continues to expand.

Candidates should bring a wealth of experience in property sales as a sales manager, sales negotiator, estate agent, and a proven track record of success in similar roles. Strong leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills will be crucial in dealing with clients and closing deals.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities. A deep understanding of the property market in Aldershot and surrounding areas will be advantageous.
