V7 Recruitment are recruiting for a new Building Standards Coordinator role with our established client who focus on high rise residential projects across the North West. This is an exciting new role supporting the quality department and the wider construction team.

Ideal candidate-

* The role would suit a Site Manager or Clerk of Works who has a strong background working on high rise residential projects who is looking to take their career in a different direction.

* Strong understanding of the Building Safety Regulations and Building Safety act.

Duties include-

* Supporting projects across the business ensuring they are compliant with the building safety act and building regulations.

* Visiting projects frequently to carry out quality control inspections and complete reports.

* Educating members of the project team and subcontractors on changes that need to be made.

* Supporting the Data Coorindator with evidence of work being validated- eg, reports and photo evidence.

* Reporting to senior management on a monthly basis regarding the status of each project in relation to the inspections and evidence provided to form the golden thread data.

* Evaluating data provided by subcontractors ensuring they are compliant.
