Job Role: CPN – Early Intervention
Band: 6
Location: Birmingham
Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
Schedule: Full-time, Days
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: £25.50 per hour
Day in the life of an RMN: As a mental health nurse specialising in the community, you'll play a pivotal role in patient care:

Conducting home visits to ensure patients' needs are met.
Administering medications promptly and efficiently.
Engaging with patients to understand their conditions and monitor progress.
Performing risk assessments to maintain patient safety.
Requirements and Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Active NMC registration as a mental health nurse.
Proven experience in a community setting, care coordination desired.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle pressure.
Flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively.
Dedication to delivering top-quality patient care.
