CNC Turner – The Company:

We are currently recruiting a CNC Turner for a precision engineering company in Redditch. They are looking to expand the CNC Turning team due to their healthy order books If you are a CNC Turner looking to join a well-established company offering a great package & work stability then this is the company for you 

CNC Turner – Duties:

Set and operate CNC lathes, some of which have live tooling
Check and inspect own work using inspection equipment (Verniers, micrometres, SPG’s and PPG’s
In process inspection to ensure total process control is maintained
Manufacture components from engineering drawings to the correct quality standards
Ensure that information relating to the manufacturing process is accurately recorded, maintained  and updated to reflect current process on job cards
Ensure that preventative machine maintenance schedules are strictly carried out
Maintain a safe and tidy work environment at all times 

CNC Turner – Requirements:

Knowledge of Fanuc control systems on CNC Turning machines
Aerospace industry experience desired
Experience working with engineering drawings and work to instructions i.e. job cards
Ability to set and operate different machine tools
PC literate 

CNC Turner – Salary & Benefits:

£14ph - £16ph
