Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Civils and Streetworks Foreman with a strong background in roadworks and site management. The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead a team to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the work of operatives on various civil and streetworks projects.

* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

* Oversee the planning and scheduling of work to ensure efficient use of resources and timely project completion.

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.

* Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.

* Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in civil engineering and streetworks, with a focus on roadworks.

* SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification.

* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.

* First Aid certification.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
