Location: Liverpool

4 DAY WORKING WEEK - FRIDAYS OFF

Hours 6.30 am- 5 .00pm Monday-Wednesday and 6.30am to 2.30pm Thursday.

Salary: £24500 Basic salary plus bonus typical OTE £27,212 , pension, generous holiday allowance, opportunities to do further training and an apprenticeship, overtime available and opportunity after probation to go into shifts

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packing Operative to join our production team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are packaged to the highest standards, ready for distribution to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate packaging machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet company standards.
Accurately label and pack products into appropriate packaging materials.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Assist with inventory management and stock control.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.Requirements:

FLT or Counterbalance licence
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Drive an ambition to stat a career
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential shifts and overtime.
